Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Standard Cancellation Notice: Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service without any charge. This timeframe allows enough notice to adjust schedules accordingly. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee (e.g., 30% of the service cost) to cover any lost income for the reserved time. Same-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made on the same day as the service, Maiday Ltd may charge up to 50% cost of the scheduled service to account for the short notice.
