- 01Customers can easily book cleaning services with Mind The Mess Ltd by visiting our website and selecting the desired service and time slot from the Booking Calendar page. Alternatively, clients can also contact our customer support team for assistance with booking.
- 02To reschedule a booking, simply log in to your account, go to the 'My Bookings' section, and select the booking you wish to reschedule. Click on the 'Reschedule' option and choose a new date and time that suits you. Confirm the changes, and you're all set!
- 03Customers can cancel a booking with Mind The Mess Ltd by logging into their account on our website and accessing the Booking Calendar page. From there, they can view their upcoming bookings and select the option to cancel. Alternatively, clients can contact our customer support team for assistance with canceling a booking.
- 04Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
