To reschedule a booking, simply log in to your account, go to the 'My Bookings' section, and select the booking you wish to reschedule. Click on the 'Reschedule' option and choose a new date and time that suits you. Confirm the changes, and you're all set!

Customers can cancel a booking with Mind The Mess Ltd by logging into their account on our website and accessing the Booking Calendar page. From there, they can view their upcoming bookings and select the option to cancel. Alternatively, clients can contact our customer support team for assistance with canceling a booking.
