Service Description
Domestic services include general light cleaning or dusting, dishwashing, handling light errands, changing bed linens and making beds, laundry and ironing. Please note that this package does NOT include any thorough, often deep-cleaning tasks, which might include scrubbing floors, cleaning kitchens in detail or removing tough stains.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Standard Cancellation Notice: Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service without any charge. This timeframe allows enough notice to adjust schedules accordingly. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee (e.g., 30% of the service cost) to cover any lost income for the reserved time. Same-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made on the same day as the service, Maiday Ltd may charge up to 50% cost of the scheduled service to account for the short notice. Rescheduling Options: If rescheduled within the appropriate notice period (e.g., at least 48 hours in advance), clients may move their appointment without any additional fees. Emergency Cancellations: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), Maiday Ltd may waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy, depending on the situation but with proof
